从协同理论的视角，对思政教师参与学生党建工作这一问题的价值及其影响因素进行了剖析，认为解决高校学生党建工作在新时期面临的新问题，应在协同理念下有效整合利用校内外各种学生党建资源。思政课教师与学校党建工作者的工作目标具有内在一致性，参加学生党建工作有利于其充分发挥业务优势提升学生党员政治理论素质，也有利于自身教学科研发展。同时，高校学生党建机构分割不协调、自身角色定位偏差、教学任务繁重等因素也影响到思政课教师参与学生党建工作的成效，必须积极探索各种思政课教师参与学生党建工作的途径和模式。
