目的：对该院2014-2015年362例次地高辛血药监测浓度回顾性分析。方法采用均相酶免疫分析法，对2014年3月-2015年2月年该院362例次地高辛血药浓度进行监测，回顾性分析患者年龄、性别、病理状态、服药方法以及联合用药对地高辛血药浓度的影响。结果通过考察不同因素对地高辛血药浓度的影响，得出年龄，用药方案和肾功能这几个因素与其血药浓度结果密切相关。结论地高辛血药浓度的个体差异性较大，临床使用时一定要结合患者生理病理、用药情况、血药浓度监测数据，制订个体化的给药方案，以确保用药的合理性及有效性。

Objective To analyze our hospital 2014-2015 362 cases of times digoxin concentration monitoring retrospec-tively. Methods Homogeneous enzyme immunoassay,From February,2014 to March,2015 times in our hospital 362 cases of digoxin plasma concentration monitoring, retrospective age, gender, pathological conditions, method of administration and patient analysis of combined treatment with digoxin concentration of influence. Results The effects of different factors on digoxin plasma concentrations, obtained age, regimen and renal function these factors and its results are closely related to the plasma concentration. Conclusion Digoxin plasma concentration of large individual differences, physiology and patholo-gy of the patient must be combined with clinical use, drug use, blood concentration monitoring data to develop individual-ized dosing regimen of medication to ensure proper and effective sex.
