对1例全麻下行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤挖除术的患者术后发生磺苄西林钠过敏性休克的原因及抢救过程进行总结.认为磺苄西林钠发生过敏反应较为常见,再加上麻醉药品促使体内组胺释放,导致组胺水平升高,加重过敏反应,引起过敏性休克,因此使用磺苄西林钠预防手术感染应当慎重考虑,特别强调规范手术预防使用抗生素,同时一定要观察病情变化备好抢救药械.

A summary of the rescue and reasons about the occurring of Sulbenicillin Sodium irritability shock in a patient who had a Laproscopic Myomectomy under general Anesthesia. Anaphylaxis aroused by Sulbenicillin Sodium is common ,besides Anesthesia drugs can aggravate Anaphylaxis by urging the release of histamin and rising the level of histamine ,finally the Anaphylaxis translate into irritability shock.So the using of Sulbenicillin Sodium to prevent infection during operation should be deliberated.The preventive using of antibiotic during operation should be more standard, and we should strengthen the patient's condition guardianship and make sure the rescue medical instruments get ready when one was given Sulbenicillin Sodium .
