目的：探讨 pH 6．0 Citrate、pH 8．0 Tris／EDTA 和 pH 9．0 Tris／EDTA 三种修复液对恶性淋巴瘤中 cyclinD1和 TdT 抗原修复的比较。方法运用高压抗原修复法，选择三种修复液，比较56例套细胞淋巴瘤 cyclinD1和48例淋巴母细胞型淋巴瘤TdT 的免疫组化染色效果的比较。结果免疫组化染色采用柠檬酸和 EDTA 两种修复液相比，56例套细胞淋巴瘤中40例 cy-clinD1表达强度随着 pH 值的升高而增强，6例用 pH 6．0 Citrate 修复后不表达，而用 pH 9．0 Tris／EDTA 修复后表达；另外48例淋巴母细胞型淋巴瘤中42例 TdT 表达强度随着 pH 值的升高而增强，其中4例用 pH 6．0 Citrate 修复后不表达，而用高 pH值 EDTA 修复后表达。结论对于这两种抗体 cyclinD1和 TdT 来说，以高压热修复，高 pH 值 EDTA 抗原修复溶液优于 pH 6．0 Citrate，提高了恶性淋巴瘤中 cyclinD1和 TdT 抗原表达。
목적：탐토 pH 6．0 Citrate、pH 8．0 Tris／EDTA 화 pH 9．0 Tris／EDTA 삼충수복액대악성림파류중 cyclinD1화 TdT 항원수복적비교。방법운용고압항원수복법，선택삼충수복액，비교56례투세포림파류 cyclinD1화48례림파모세포형림파류TdT 적면역조화염색효과적비교。결과면역조화염색채용저몽산화 EDTA 량충수복액상비，56례투세포림파류중40례 cy-clinD1표체강도수착 pH 치적승고이증강，6례용 pH 6．0 Citrate 수복후불표체，이용 pH 9．0 Tris／EDTA 수복후표체；령외48례림파모세포형림파류중42례 TdT 표체강도수착 pH 치적승고이증강，기중4례용 pH 6．0 Citrate 수복후불표체，이용고 pH치 EDTA 수복후표체。결론대우저량충항체 cyclinD1화 TdT 래설，이고압열수복，고 pH 치 EDTA 항원수복용액우우 pH 6．0 Citrate，제고료악성림파류중 cyclinD1화 TdT 항원표체。
Objective To compare citrate with EDTA buffers in antigen retrieval for cyclinD1 and TdT staining in malignant lymphoma. Methods Using pressure cooker heat-induced antigen retrieval,citrate and EDTA were compared in cyclinD1 immunostaining in 56 cases of mantle cell lymphoma and TdT immunostaining in 48 cases of lymphoblastic lymphomas.Results Positive expression rate of cyclinD1 was enhanced in 40 of 56 cases and positive expression rate of TdT in 42 of 48 cases were enhanced as pH of retrieval buffer was enhanced.Six cases MBL and four cases LBL were negative by citrate retrieval but were strong by EDTA buffer.Conclusions The use of pressure cooker heat-induced antigen retrieval and EDTA buffers which were compared with citrate buffer could enhance the im-munohischemical staining of cyclinD1 and TdT in malignant lymphoma.
