针对目前在机械领域中深孔加工要求越来越高的应用需求,设计了基于固高GE-400-PV型运动控制卡,采用松下MINAS驱动器及交流伺服电机的控制系统,在Windows 环境下利用VC++调用动态链接库设计了应用程序,解决了传统方法难以满足深孔加工在精度、效率上的实际要求问题,具有良好的人机交互界面和实用性. 实验表明,采用该控制系统可以获得精密的加工效果,位置精确,同轴度、直线度高,完全满足深孔加工所需的机械工艺要求.

In view of the higher and higher requirements for deep hole processing in mechanical field, a new kind of googol motion con-troller based on GE-400-PV is designed, which uses Panasonic MINAS driver and AC servo motor system to design the application program by applying VC++dynamic link library under Windows environment.This design gives a solution to the practical requirements of the precision and efficiency in deep hole processing that traditional methods are difficult to satisfy, having good man-machine inter-face and practicability.The experiments show that the control system with accurate position can achieve the effect of precision process-ing, and the alignment and linear degree is high, fully meeting the requirements of mechanical technology in practical application.
