设计一种全自动搅拌和面机,整机采用西门子公司的S7-200型PLC控制,能够自动完成加面、加水、搅拌、推出成型等过程,也可根据用户的实际需求调整加面量、注水量和搅拌速度及时间,以期得到不同层次的面团效果,极大地提升了劳动生产率和使用效果,具有一定的推广意义.

In this paper , a new design of automatic mixing kneading machine , the machine adopts S 7-200 control,PLC Siemens,can automatically complete with surface water ,stirring,molding process,launch,can also according to the actual needs of the user′s adjustment of flour ,water injection rate and stirring speed and time , in order to get the effect of different levels ,greatly improve the labor productivity and the use effect ,the promo-tion of a certain significance.
