This paper attempts to use the post-disaster reconstruction practice in the Lushan earthquake as an example, discussing the innovation exploration in the reconstruction of Lushan earthquake by Sichuan provincial local body, hence further purposing local body suggestions and strategies that can improve in developing the post-disaster reconstruction work.
