通过对影响五裂茶藨子硬枝扦插生根的关键因子进行试验研究,结果表明:生长调节剂种类及其浓度对五裂茶藨子硬枝插条的生根性状有显著影响,GGR 生长调节剂处理的插条生长效果普遍好于 IBA、NAA,选择GGR 在80 mg L-1的浓度中浸泡8 h,生根率达到最大;选择 IBA 时,用80 mg L-1的浓度浸泡10 h,单株根长最长。生长性状最差的是 NAA 处理的插条,且用120 mg L-1的 NAA 处理8 h,插条生长最差。

Key factors which influenced hardwood cuttings of Ribes .L were studied.Result shows that the type and concentration of growth regulator both have significant effects on rooting characters of hardwood of Ribes .L.The growth effect of GGR treatment was general optimal than IBA and NAA.The rooting rate is the highest by selec-ting 80 mg L-1 GGR soaked with 8 h.The root of individual plant is the longest by choosing 80 mg L-1 IBA soaked with 10 h.The growth traits of cuttings treated with NAA are the worst.The growth of hardwood is the worst by choosing 120 mg L-1 NAA treated with 8 h.
