The vacuum package technology of rice dumplings.A new type of stretch thermoforming film structure and vacuum package process is designed and discussed for two-pieces-packed rice dumplings.The package process and material are analyzed to design and optimize the parameters and structure.The whole package structure and process are illustrated ,and the thickness calculation formula of the stretch thermoforming film is established base on the required film ' s average thickness.The new package has its characteristics of safety,beauty and suitable for automatic production.
