GB/T 7305?2003和SH/T 0191?1992标准评定的是汽轮机油在一次进水和油水比固定情况下的抗乳化性,没有考虑油品多次进水及油水比变化条件下的破乳化值变化。按照GB/T 7305?2003和SH/T 0191?1992标准方法,通过调整油水混合次数,考察汽轮机油在连续进水情况下的抗乳化性变化情况。结果表明,连续进水会降低汽轮机油的抗乳化性; GB/T 7305?2003测试结果表明,随油水比增加和进水次数增加,汽轮机油抗乳化性能下降趋势明显,而 SH/T 0191?1992测试的抗乳化性能变化并不明显,只是在油的量明显大于水的量时才表现出下降趋势。因此,汽轮机油连续进水时,实验室检测结果与油品实际使用性能之间存在一定差异,不同检测方法得出的抗乳化性能也不同,为准确及时地评定汽轮机油抗乳化性,有必要建立一种新的检测方法。

The standards of GB/T 7305?2003 and SH/T 0191?1992 only evaluate the demulsibility of turbine oil under the condition of oil?water mixing in one time and fixed proportion of oil and water,but the demulsibility change of turbine oil is not considered under the condition of oil?water mixing in several times and changed proportion of oil and water. Ac?cording to the method of standards of GB/T 7305?2003 and SH/T 0191?1992,by adjusting the times of oil?water mixing, the demulsification change of the turbine oil was investigated under condition of oil?water continuous mixing.Results show that the demulsibility of turbine oil is reduced when oil?water continuous mixing.The test results by GB/T 7305?2003 show that along with the increasing of oil?water ratio and times of oil?water mixing,the demulsibility of turbine oil is reduced ob?viously,and with the test by SH/T 0191?1992,the demulsification change is not obvious,but it tends to reduce when oil?water ratio is very large.Thereby when turbine oil?water continuous mixing,there is a certain difference between the test re?sults of laboratory and the practical performance of turbine oil,and the test results of demulsification are also different from different test methods.In order to evaluate the demulsibility of turbine oil precisely and promptly,it is necessary to establish a new test method.
