针对某电厂供热抽汽管道管夹断裂事故,采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对断裂管夹实际工作状态进行数值仿真模拟。结果发现,材料许用应力超标是导致管夹断裂的主要原因。通过对比计算分析,选择规格合适的增强型管夹,确保了管道的安全运行。

The reason of fracture of clip of heat-supply extraction steam pipe in some power plant was investigated by ABAQUS analysis, which could simulate the real product operation conditions of the clip. Results showed that the allowable stress of 20 steel exceeded critical value was the main reason. The problem was solved with a strengthened pipe clamp used.
