由于给排水系统在整体规划和设计上存在着或大或小的缺陷，导致现阶段我国水资源消耗量已经远远超出预想结果，而对城市给排水系统也造成了一定的威胁，当前局势下，要做好城市市政府关于关于给排水规划的设计，从而实现现代化的可持续发展，另外，也将有利于房屋建设朝着节能、环保、宜居方向发展。
