院内感染是感染管理的一大症结，它直接影响整个医院的发展，随着人们对感染管理的认识逐步加深和防治措施的改进，医院感染管理内容正逐步向制度化、法制化、规范化迈进。该文结合医院感染管理制度的组织管理、环境管理、物品管理等方面相关经验及成果，就医院感染的影响因素、预防及控制措施等进行综述。

Nosocomial infections are a major crux of infection control, which directly affects the development of the hospi-tal, as people gradually deepening understanding of infection control and prevention measures, improved hospital infection control content being gradually institutionalized and legalized and standardized forward. In this paper, hospital infection control system organization and management, environmental management, materials management, relevant experience and achievements, the factors affecting hospital infection prevention and control measures were reviewed.
