目的:通过Meta分析综合评价5-羟色胺转运体(5-HTT)基因多态性与冠心病合并抑郁的关系,为冠心病合并抑郁的遗传背景提供进一步证据。方法:计算机检索 PubMed、Embase、Google 学术、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库、CNKI、万方等数据库,依据选择标准收集所有相关病例对照研究,应用RevMan 5.2.5软件对符合条件的研究结果进行Meta分析。结果:有3篇文献纳入本研究,纳入本研究的人群总数为3230例,其中1179例为冠心病合并抑郁,不合并抑郁组的人群有2051例。分析显示,LL基因型在对照组中显示频率较高,可能是冠心病合并抑郁症的保护因子( OR=0.65,95%CI为0.50~0.83,P=0.0006)。结论:5-HTT基因多态性与冠心病合并抑郁症存在关联,其中LL基因型可能为保护性因子。

목적:통과Meta분석종합평개5-간색알전운체(5-HTT)기인다태성여관심병합병억욱적관계,위관심병합병억욱적유전배경제공진일보증거。방법:계산궤검색 PubMed、Embase、Google 학술、Web of Science、중국생물의학문헌수거고、CNKI、만방등수거고,의거선택표준수집소유상관병례대조연구,응용RevMan 5.2.5연건대부합조건적연구결과진행Meta분석。결과:유3편문헌납입본연구,납입본연구적인군총수위3230례,기중1179례위관심병합병억욱,불합병억욱조적인군유2051례。분석현시,LL기인형재대조조중현시빈솔교고,가능시관심병합병억욱증적보호인자( OR=0.65,95%CI위0.50~0.83,P=0.0006)。결론:5-HTT기인다태성여관심병합병억욱증존재관련,기중LL기인형가능위보호성인자。
Objective: To evaluate the associations of 5-HTT gene polymorphism with depression and coronary heart disease by Meta-analysis and to provide evidence for the genetic background of depression and coronary heart disease.Methods:We conducted a comprehensive search for articles from PubMed, Embas, Google Scholar, Web of Science, Chinese BioMedical Literature, CNKI databases and Wanfang databases.All related case-control studies were collected and the results were analyzed by RevMan 5.2.5 software.Results:A total of 1 179 cases and 2 051 controls were collected from 3 studies.The analysis showed that LL genotype showed a higher frequency in the control group(OR=0.65,95%CI 0.50-0.83,P=0.000 6), and it might be a protective factor of coronary heart disease with depression.Conclusion:Polymorphisms of 5-HTT gene have association with the depression and coronary heart disease, LL genotype may be a protective factor for the depression and coronary heart disease.
