目的:探讨不同胎龄新生儿心电图中P-R间期、QRS时限及QTLc特点。方法:将152例不同胎龄新生儿根据胎龄不同分为4组:28~30周为A组,31~33周为B组,34~36周为C组,37~40周为D组;对所有新生儿分别测量心电图P-R间期、QRS时限、QTLc、QRS振幅、RV1振幅、TV1和TV5振幅。结果:P-R间期随胎龄的增加而延长,组间比较差异有统计学意义(F=11.362,P=0.0009)。但QRS时限和QTLc无明显延长,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);QRS和RV1振幅均随胎龄的增加而升高,两两比较差异有统计学意义(F=6.763、F=18.096,P=0.0087、P=0.0014);TV1和TV5振幅均随胎龄的增加而升高,两两比较差异有统计学意义(F=34.981、F=20.783,P=0.0012、P=0.0065)。结论:不同胎龄新生儿心电图P-R间期与胎龄相关,QRS时限及QTLc与胎龄无明显相关。

Objective:To study the features of ECG P-R interval, QRS time and QTLc in newborns with different gestational age.Methods:152 newborns with different gestational ages in neonatal of our hospital from 2014 to 2015 were subjects of our study.They were divided into four groups, Group A consists of newborns of age 28-30 weeks,group B 31 -33 weeks, group C 34 -36 weeks, group D 37 -40 weeks.All newborns had their P-R intervals,QRS time, QTLc, QRS amplitudes, RV1 amplitudes, TV1 and TV5 amplitudes measured.Results: P-R interval prolongs with increasing gestational age, and the difference was significant between two groups ( F =11.362,P=0.000 9).QRS duration and QTLc were not significantly longer, and the difference between the two groups was insignificant ( P>0.05 );QRS and RV1 amplitude rises with increasing gestational age, and pairwise comparisons were with significantly difference(F=6.763,F=18.096;P=0.008 7,P=0.001 4);Both TV1 and TV5 amplitudes increase with increasing gestational age; pairwise comparisons yields significant difference ( F =34.981, F=20.783;P=0.001 2,P=0.006 5).Conclusion: P-R interval is correlated with gestational age of neonates, QRS time and QTLc are not significantly related to gestational age.
