目的:分析和探讨层级管理在消化内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法抽取60例于2013年1月-2015年1月在该院消化内科工作的护理人员作为研究对象并按照管理方式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组各30例,其中对照组护理人员实施传统的管理办法,而观察组护理人员则采取层级管理模式,对比和分析两组的护理质量。结果经过对比分析发现,观察组护理质量和对照组相比显著提升,两组比较差异是具有统计学意义的(P<0.05)。结论层级管理模式应用到消化内科护理人员的日常管理工作中,可以显著提高护理人员的服务质量和自身的综合素质,值得推广和应用。

Objective To further improve the enthusiasm of nursing and to reduce and prevent the occurrence probability of a variety of adverse events, analysis and discussion the effect of classification management in the wards of department of gastroenterology. Methods Sixty nurses were selected in our hospital gastroenterology department which were divided ran-domly into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. The observation group received classification man-agement on working,the control group was given the traditional management method. The quality of care and integrated quality of nursing were compared 2 groups after use of classification management.Results The evaluation scores of nurses'self-efficacy,nursing quality and the differences have statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of classification management in hospital's nursing supervision is beneficial for the elevation of nursing quality and comprehensive quality of nurses,increase the cohesive force of nursing team and provide high-quality and safer nursing service for the patients,it is worth to popularize.
