企业家精神可以为大学生创业提供价值导向和精神动力。文章对当前大学生创业教育现状进行分析，并从企业家精神的本质出发，提出大学生创业能力培养的目标———培养具有企业家精神的创业者，进而提出创业教育的有效路径，指出创业教育应把握意识培养、素质培养、能力培养三阶段和跨年级、跨学科、跨时空、修立制度、建立园区、树立典型六个关键点。
企業傢精神可以為大學生創業提供價值導嚮和精神動力。文章對噹前大學生創業教育現狀進行分析，併從企業傢精神的本質齣髮，提齣大學生創業能力培養的目標———培養具有企業傢精神的創業者，進而提齣創業教育的有效路徑，指齣創業教育應把握意識培養、素質培養、能力培養三階段和跨年級、跨學科、跨時空、脩立製度、建立園區、樹立典型六箇關鍵點。

Entrepreneurship offers value orientation and spiritual guidance for university students’ business undertaking.With an analysis of the current situation of university students’ business undertaking, and of the core concepts of entrepreneurship, this paper puts forward the training goals of university students’ business undertaking capacity, i.e.to cultivate undertakers with entrepreneurship.It then points out effective paths for undertaking education with three stages and six key points.The former one includes awareness raising, quality cultivation and capability training.The latter one includes cross-grade, cross-major, cross-time and space education, together with regulation construction, business garden construction and role model setting.
