落实丝绸之路经济带战略构想，要充分利用丝路禀赋优势，将文化旅游产业摆在优先发展的位置。基于丝绸之路经济带现有旅游资源廊道形分布的特点，文化旅游产业的发展要遵循跨域管理的理念，具备国际化的视野，在政府、市场和社会组织等多元管理主体之间形成协同竞合局面，采取制定联合管理机制、发展跨国旅游集团，鼓励社会力量参与等多种措施，推动文化旅游产业的发展，实现古老丝绸之路的复兴。
落實絲綢之路經濟帶戰略構想，要充分利用絲路稟賦優勢，將文化旅遊產業襬在優先髮展的位置。基于絲綢之路經濟帶現有旅遊資源廊道形分佈的特點，文化旅遊產業的髮展要遵循跨域管理的理唸，具備國際化的視野，在政府、市場和社會組織等多元管理主體之間形成協同競閤跼麵，採取製定聯閤管理機製、髮展跨國旅遊集糰，鼓勵社會力量參與等多種措施，推動文化旅遊產業的髮展，實現古老絲綢之路的複興。
락실사주지로경제대전략구상，요충분이용사로품부우세，장문화여유산업파재우선발전적위치。기우사주지로경제대현유여유자원랑도형분포적특점，문화여유산업적발전요준순과역관리적이념，구비국제화적시야，재정부、시장화사회조직등다원관리주체지간형성협동경합국면，채취제정연합관리궤제、발전과국여유집단，고려사회역량삼여등다충조시，추동문화여유산업적발전，실현고로사주지로적복흥。
To implement the strategical conception of the economic belts of the Silk Road , advantages of the Silk Road should be fully used and the culture and tourism industry should be put as priority .Based on the feature of the corridor distribution of current tourism resource of the Silk Road , the development of culture and tourism in-dustry should follow the concept of interdisciplinary management and be equipped with international view .Form joint forces among multivariate management bodies like government , market and social organization to realize the situation of collaborative competition which is government-dominated , market-disciplined and society-supervised to promote the development of culture and tourism industry and revive the ancient Silk Road .
