目的：探讨该院发热门诊防止医院感染的管理措施和管理效果。方法对于发热门诊中参与治疗的医护人员的常规管理方法有：岗前培训、工作制度及其流程管理、消毒隔离管理，同时明确各位工作人员的职责，做到分工明确，责任到人。结果医护人员的自身能力进一步提升，门诊的工作秩序也很有条理，治疗的发热患者病情都得到了有效地控制，没有出现医患纠纷。结论发热门诊的设立及其管理工作的完善是预防控制传染性疾病的重要内容，也是预防的关键环节。
