目的：探讨应用型护理本科毕业生综合质量的有效评价方式。方法在增设毕业实习前独立开设的《护理综合技能训练》和毕业考试前集中实验室开放性训练的基础上，借鉴国家护士资格证考试、临床案例考试和客观结构化临床考试方法，构建了“325”毕业综合考试模式。结果2010级普通护理学专业77名学生毕业综合考试成绩平均分为(83.92±5.18)分；护士资格证考试两科成绩均分为101.03分，一次性通过率为96.13%。结论该模式是评判应用型本科毕业生培养质量的良好途径。考试成本较高，占用人力、物力较多，如毕业生人数较多，会受到一定限制。
목적：탐토응용형호리본과필업생종합질량적유효평개방식。방법재증설필업실습전독립개설적《호리종합기능훈련》화필업고시전집중실험실개방성훈련적기출상，차감국가호사자격증고시、림상안례고시화객관결구화림상고시방법，구건료“325”필업종합고시모식。결과2010급보통호이학전업77명학생필업종합고시성적평균분위(83.92±5.18)분；호사자격증고시량과성적균분위101.03분，일차성통과솔위96.13%。결론해모식시평판응용형본과필업생배양질량적량호도경。고시성본교고，점용인력、물력교다，여필업생인수교다，회수도일정한제。
Objective To explore an effective applied assessment method for comprehensive quality of graduates. Methods Based on the added course ‘Nursing Comprehensive Skills Training ’ and centralized opening labs training before examination, we constructed “325” comprehensive examination model drawing lessons from national nurse qualification examination, clinical case examination and objective structuring clinical examination. Results The average score of comprehensive graduate examination for 77 nursing students was (83. 92 ± 5. 18); the average score of two subjective nursing qualification examination was 101. 03, and pass rate 96. 13% at the first time. Conclusions This model is a good method to judge the training quality of applied graduates, but it consume money, human resource and material resource, so if the graduates are too much, it might restrict.
