数字控制器响应快、稳定性好,但是算法复杂. 本文以AVR单片机为控制核心,以ADC0809为模数转换器、TLC7528为数模转换器,设计了数字控制器测试仪的硬件系统. 并以最小拍为控制目的,设计了其算法程序;为了直观显示控制效果,通过LabWindows/CVI软件编程,实现了将控制器输出通过RS-232送到上位机进行波形显示比较的功能. 最后给出了数字控制器测试仪的实际测试效果,证明了该测试系统设计的正确性和可靠性,为数字控制器理论设计提供了一种新的测试验证方案.

The digital controller has quick response, good stability, but the algorithm is complex. The topic uses the AVR single chip microcomputer as control core, using ADC0809 as the ADC, TLC7528 as the digital to analog converter, to design the hardware system of digital controller tester. And with the minimum step as the control objective, the topic designs the algorithm procedure;in order to display the control visually, through the LabWindows/CVI software programming, this paper realized the output of controller through RS-232 sent to the host computer for display waveform comparison function. Finally, the actual test effect of digital controller tester is given, which proves the correctness and reliability of the test system design, and provides a new testing scheme for digital controller de-sign theory.
