目的:了解食物频率问卷法评估辅食添加期婴儿膳食能量和营养素摄入量的准确性。方法采用方便抽样方式抽取230名8月龄婴儿,使用24 h 膳食回顾法(24HDR)和食物频率问卷法(FFQ)收集其食物摄入资料,通过24HDR 和 FFQ 对能量和营养素水平进行比较,评价 FFQ 评估的准确性。结果由 FFQ 计算得到的能量和营养素摄入水平普遍高于24HDR,高估率为2.1%(铁)~40.9%(锰),平均高估16.2%。膳食能量和营养素摄入相关系数为0.49(β-胡萝卜素)~0.82(维生素 E),均相关。结论 FFQ 可用于评估辅食添加期8月龄婴儿能量和各项营养素摄入水平,但应注意其估计值较24HDR 偏高。

Objective To explore the validity of food frequency questionnaire (FFQ)in assessing dietary energy and nutrient intakes among infants at 8 months of age. Methods A convenience sampling was used to select 230 infants at 8 months of age.The dietary intakes of the infants were estimated by 24h dietary recall (24HDR)and FFQ through interviews with the mothers or care-givers.The validity was examined by the comparison between 24HDR and FFQ. Results The dietary energy and nutrients intakes estimated by FFQ was significantly over-evaluated compared to 24HDR, ranging from 2.1 % for Fe and 40.9% for Mn.There was a significant positive correlation between 24HDR and FFQ in energy and all nutrients intakes,with correlation coefficient ranging from 0.49 for β-carotene and 0.82 for vitamin E. Conclusion The FFQ could be used to assess the intake of dietary energy and all nutrients among infants at 8 months of age in spite of its overestimation compared to 24HDR.
