“头脑风暴法”作为一种行之有效的决策方法运用在社会各个领域，并取得良好效果。由于其特有的优点在教育教学领域特别是在高校专业课程的教学过程中作为一种重要的辅助教学方法被广泛应用，能够有效地提升学生的积极性、主动性以及思维的创新性等素质。但由于高校专业课程教学有着自身的特点和规律，在同“头脑风暴法”结合的过程中还存在一些问题，影响了该方法的有效性甚至是教学目的的实现。笔者试从这些问题出发并结合教学实践，对完善“头脑风暴法”在教学实际中的应用提出对策性见解。

“두뇌풍폭법”작위일충행지유효적결책방법운용재사회각개영역，병취득량호효과。유우기특유적우점재교육교학영역특별시재고교전업과정적교학과정중작위일충중요적보조교학방법피엄범응용，능구유효지제승학생적적겁성、주동성이급사유적창신성등소질。단유우고교전업과정교학유착자신적특점화규률，재동“두뇌풍폭법”결합적과정중환존재일사문제，영향료해방법적유효성심지시교학목적적실현。필자시종저사문제출발병결합교학실천，대완선“두뇌풍폭법”재교학실제중적응용제출대책성견해。
As a kind of decision-making method,"brainstorming"is used in various fields of society, and has all achieved good re-sults. Because of its unique advantages,"brainstorming"is widely used in the field of education especially in the teaching of major subjects in universities. As an assistant method,"brainstorming"can effectively improve the enthusiasm, initiative and innovative thinking of students. But the teaching of major subjects in uni-versities has its own characteristics and rules, and there are still many problems in the combination of "brainstorming" and the teaching. These problems will affect the validity of the method and the realization of teaching objectives. Based on these prob-lems, the author tries to put forward some suggestions on the im-provement of the application of"brainstorming"in teaching prac-tice.
