As an important component of vocational education, higher vocational colleges shoulder the task of cultivating high-end technical talents. To fully recognize the importance of higher vocational college teachers' IT ability and accelerate the cultivation of teachers' IT ability is of great realistic significance to promote education reform and development and establish a new situation of modernization construction. This paper mainly introduces the current situation of higher vocational college teachers' IT application, elaborates the importance of cultivating teachers' IT application ability, and proposes specific measures to cultivate it, hoping to provide some help for improving higher vo-cational college teachers' IT application ability.
