目的:了解十堰地区二级甲等以上医院ICU护士呼吸机技术的掌握程度,分析目前存在的不足。方法对十堰13所二级甲等以上医院280名ICU护士进行问卷调查。结果13所二级甲等以上医院280名ICU护士,92%能完整正确的连接呼吸机管道;52%能根据自主呼吸正确选择呼吸机模式;65%可识别高压报警;35%在接触不同患者前后洗手,83%能适时为机械通气患者吸痰,56%一日行两次口腔护理;49%使用戊二醛浸泡消毒呼吸机管道,58%仅在污染后更换呼吸机管道。结论 ICU护士基本模式和参数设置知识欠缺,报警的识别及处理有待加强学习,VAP的预防操作不够规范,呼吸机清洗、消毒方面需加强管理。

Objective To explore the status quo of the ventilator technology of ICU nurses in secondary hospi-tals of Shiyan, and to analyze the existing shortcomings, to strengthen the theory and practice of the ventilator for the current shortcomings to improve the treatment success rate of critically ill patients. Methods Questionnaire was estab-lished by literature review, expert consultation and group discussion, to investigate the mastery of the ventilator technolo-gy for 13 ICUs 280 nurses in secondary hospitals of Shiyan. Results In the connected of ventilator tube:92% could correctly complete the connection of the ventilator tube;in the mode and parameter settings: 52% could choice the cor-rect ventilator mode according to the spontaneous breathing; in the identification and treatment of the common alarm:65% could identify the high-pressure alarm; in the prevention of VAP: 35% washed their hands when their contact with different patients before and after, 83% couldaspirate sputum for mechanically ventilated patients when patients need, 56% did oral care twice a day;in ventilator management: 49% used the glutaraldehyde solution to disinfection ventilator tube, only 58% replaced the ventilator tube in pollution. Conclusions ICU nurses lack the knowledge about the mode and parameter settings, must enhance learning the identification and treatment of the alarm, the VAP preven-tion of operation is not standardized, strengthen ventilator management in the ventilator cleaning and disinfection.
