本文主要采用文献资料法，问卷调查法和专家访谈法，对我国花样滑冰后备人才的培养作了细致的调查，研究认为：要不断加强花样滑冰教练员的科研意识，改善对后备人才的培养体系；加强花样滑冰教练员岗前培训工作，提高运动训练的效率，完善花样滑冰教练员对后备人才的管理体系；花样滑冰教练员与后备人才之间要经常的沟通，增加后备人才的自信心，从而推动与促进花样滑冰后备竞技人才的可持续发展。

Adopting methods of literature,questionnaire and expert -interview,the paper conducts a detailed investigation on the fostering of reserve talents for figure skating in China.Research suggests that we should constantly strengthen the scientific research consciousness of figure skating coaches and upgrade the fostering system for reserve talents;consolidate pre -post training among figure skating coaches to improve training efficiency and perfect the management system on reserve talents by figure skating coaches;also,figure skating coaches and reserve talents should have frequent communication to fortify reserve talents’confidence,promoting the sustainable development of reserve talents for figure skating.
