运用文献资料法、调查研究法和数理统计法等，从顺德区社会发展背景出发，对体育设施网络、体育活动网络、体育组织网络和体育服务网络构建现状进行调查分析，结果表明：顺德区全民健身服务体系在发展中逐步建成，但依然面临着体育场馆设施建设不完善、财政保障机制缺失和群众体育社会化进程缓慢等问题。针对这些问题，在合理布局场地设施、完善财政保障制度和创新群众体育服务发展模式等方面提出具体发展思路。
운용문헌자료법、조사연구법화수리통계법등，종순덕구사회발전배경출발，대체육설시망락、체육활동망락、체육조직망락화체육복무망락구건현상진행조사분석，결과표명：순덕구전민건신복무체계재발전중축보건성，단의연면림착체육장관설시건설불완선、재정보장궤제결실화군음체육사회화진정완만등문제。침대저사문제，재합리포국장지설시、완선재정보장제도화창신군음체육복무발전모식등방면제출구체발전사로。
By using the methods of literature,survey research and mathematical statistics,starting from the social background, diagnosed the present situation of sports facilities, sports activities network, sports organizations and sports service network.Sports organizations and sports service network.The results show that:the service system for national fitness in Shunde district gradually perfect in development,but still faced with the problems of sports venues and infrastructure is not perfect,lack of financial security mechanism and mass sports socialization process is slowly democratizing.Aiming at these problems,put forward specific development ideas in the reasonable layout of facilities,improve the financial security system and the innovation of mass sports service development mode etc.
