临床证实，西医肺康复治疗可调节慢阻肺的患者心血管功能、增加最大耗氧量，提高运动耐力和健康相关生活质量。中医药以其特有的康复疗法，能补益肺脾肾三脏虚损，使肺能卫外、脾能生化、肾能纳气，最终提高患者的生活质量。因此提出应该有效利用社区卫生资源，加强专业人才队伍培养，加强科学研究，强化医疗保险政策支持，建立一套完整的中西医结合肺康复治疗方案，促进中西医结合肺康复在国内的推广和应用，使更多的 COPD 患者从中受益。

It is proved in western medicine that pulmonary rehabilitation regulates cardiovascular function,increases the maximal oxygen consumption and improves exercise endurance and health - related quality of life in the patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Due to the specific rehabilita-tion therapy,Chinese medicine benefits the lung,spleen and kidney and enables the lung for protection,the spleen for transformation and transportation and the kidney for receiving qi. Ultimately,the quality of life is improved in the patients. The community health resources should be effectively utilized,the professional per-sonnel training and scientific research be strengthened and the support of medical insurance policy intensified so that a set of complete rehabilitation scheme of integrated Chinese and western medicine is built,the domes-tic application of pulmonary rehabilitation of integrated Chinese promoted and western medicine and more COPD patients benefited.
