目的:建立氢化物发生原子荧光法测定中药中砷含量的检测方法。方法选取3种常见的中药材(青蒿、郁金、广金钱草),采用硝酸-高氯酸湿法消化分解中药粗粉,在盐酸介质中用硫脲-抗坏血酸将As(Ⅴ)还原为As(Ⅲ),应用氢化物发生原子荧光法对这些中药材中的砷含量进行分析。结果在优化实验条件下,砷质量浓度在0.0~50.0μg/L的线性关系较好,相关系数为0.9998;最低检出限为0.004 mg/kg;青蒿、郁金、广金钱草的砷质量分数分别为0.06、0.28、0.16 mg/kg;中药样品中砷回收率为95.7%~104.5%, RSD在2.32%~3.14%。结论这3种常见的中药材中砷含量均在安全的范围内,且应用本法测定中药中的砷,简便、快速、灵敏度高,便于推广运用。

목적:건립경화물발생원자형광법측정중약중신함량적검측방법。방법선취3충상견적중약재(청호、욱금、엄금전초),채용초산-고록산습법소화분해중약조분,재염산개질중용류뇨-항배혈산장As(Ⅴ)환원위As(Ⅲ),응용경화물발생원자형광법대저사중약재중적신함량진행분석。결과재우화실험조건하,신질량농도재0.0~50.0μg/L적선성관계교호,상관계수위0.9998;최저검출한위0.004 mg/kg;청호、욱금、엄금전초적신질량분수분별위0.06、0.28、0.16 mg/kg;중약양품중신회수솔위95.7%~104.5%, RSD재2.32%~3.14%。결론저3충상견적중약재중신함량균재안전적범위내,차응용본법측정중약중적신,간편、쾌속、령민도고,편우추엄운용。
Objective To explore the determination of arsenic content in traditional Chinese medicine by atomic fluorescence spectrometry atomic hydrogen generation.Methods Selected 3 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine ( Artemisia annua L, Curcuma kwangsiensis S G.Lee et C F.Liang, Desmodium styracifolium ( Osb) Merr) as the samples, and the samples were digested by nitric acid and perchloric acid.Then using a mixed solution of thiourea and ascorbic acid as reducing agent, and the arsenic content in the Chinese herbal medicine was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results A good linear relationship for arsenic was found in the range of 0.0 ~50 μg/L, and the correlation coefficients was 0.999 8.The arsenic content of 3 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine Artemisia annua L, Curcuma kwangsiensis S G.Lee et C F.Liang, Desmodium styracifolium ( Osb) Merr were 0.06, 0.28 , 0.16 mg/kg;the lowest limit of detection was 0.004 mg/kg;the relative standard deviations were 2.32%~3.14 %;the average recovery were 95.7%~104.5%.Conclusion The arsenic content of these 3 kinds of common conclusions in Chinese traditional medicie is in the safe rang, and using a mixed solution of thiourea and ascorbic acid as reducing agent, the wet digestion hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometric method for determination of arsenic content in traditional Chinese medicine is practical, fast, accurate, highly sensitive and easy to promote.Therefore, this method proves to be an easy operation of other traditional Chinese medicine.
