微课是一种新兴的教学方式，其主要的教学方法是以视频为载体，运用多媒体技术记录教师在课堂内外教学过程中围绕某个知识点或环节而开展教学活动的全过程。随着我国教育改革的步伐逐步加快，微课教学已经成为了人们关注的焦点，并在教育领域得到了广泛的应用。在学校体育教学中使用微课教学，可以有效改革学校的教学手段，同时也能够促进学生对体育基础知识的掌握，并且帮助教师进一步提高教学质量，进而全面推进素质教育的发展。本篇文章将从微课教学的概念入手，总结微课教学的特点，分析微课在中职体育教学中应用的优势，并进一步探讨微课教学的不足及意见，以期为体育教学的发展做出贡献。

Micro-lesson is a newly emerging teaching style mainly with videos as its carrier, and multimedia technology is employed to record the entire process in which the teacher implements the teaching activities around a knowledge point or link in class or after-class teaching. With the gradual acceleration of China's ed-ucation reform, micro-lesson has become a focus and been wide-ly applied in education. Using micro-lesson teaching in sports teaching can effectively reform the teaching means, promote stu-dents to master basic sports knowledge, and help teachers further improve their teaching quality, so as to comprehensively promote the development of quality-oriented development. Starting from the definition of micro-lesson, this paper will summarize the characteristics of micro-lesson teaching, analyze the advantages of applying micro-lesson in secondary vocational sports teaching, and further explore the shortcomings and suggestions of mi-cro-lesson teaching, hoping to make a contribution to the devel-opment of sports teaching.
