With the increasingly professional degree of student management, it is particularly necessary and of great value to sci-entifically analyze and evaluate teachers' behaviors in solving student events. Through the research on a specific case, this pa-per attempts to present teachers' behaviors and their role, and comprehensively evaluate the real value of teachers' behaviors through quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods, hoping to provide some suggestions for improving college teachers' man-agement skills.
