随着社会发展和人们生活水平的提高，我国的高等教育也得到了进一步的发展，大学毕业之后读研究生已经成为社会的需要。研究生作为高等教育中的最高培养层次，担负着国家科技进步、民族振兴的重任。但作为研究生而言，这又是一个特殊群体。他们虽然都是成年人，却一直没有正式进入社会，而是致力于对自己专业的学习。因此他们这一群体具有专业知识强，社会经验弱的特点，所以，加强研究生思政工作，让他们以积极向上的心态进入社会就成为研究生教育的重要部分。
