运用多指标评价理论，对M asefield‐Burdak训练效能模型中的评价指标矩阵和权重矩阵提出了一种计算方法。针对已有的指标规范化方法，基于Spearman等级相关系数，定义兼容度获得指标规范化有效性计算公式；运用专家主观评分法和客观赋权法，计算飞机性能与飞行训练科目关系的权重矩阵，其中专家客观权重依据 Lagrange函数获得。结合某航校商照单发飞行训练科目，选择 DA40、DA20、DA42、C172S、SR20、P2010和LSA162七种飞机进行训练效能计算。结果表明极差规范化方法兼容度最高，利用该方法评估的结果是DA40机型最佳，其次是DA42和SR20机型，评价结果与实际较符合，说明了算法简便有效性。

Using multi‐index evaluation theory ,an algorithm of evaluation index matrix and weight matrix for Masefield‐Burdak train‐ing effectiveness model is proposed .In view of the existing index standardization method ,the compatibility for effectiveness index standardization formula is defined ,based on the Spearman rank correlation coefficient .Weight of the aircraft performance and flight training course relation matrix is calculated using experts subjective judgments and objective assigning weights ,in which the experts subjective judgments are calculated by Lagrange function .Finally ,according to the training courses of pilot training school of com‐mercial flight license for single engine airplane ,choosing DA40 ,DA20 ,DA42 ,C172S ,SR20 ,P201 and LSA162 for effectiveness cal‐culation .The compatibility of range normalization method is the most .For this ,DA40 is the best trainer .The result is accorded w ith reality .
