Subjective well-being of nurses was one of the important factors of the stability of nursing team, the 4 aspects of concept, measuring tools, research progress at home and abroad, the influencing factors were summarized, and put forward some suggestions to improve nurses ' subjective well-being in order to provide reference for future re-search and clinical work.
