This article took the project as an example to introduce a rail type sliding platform instead of a scaffold construction method. Basement ramp glass awning installation using orbital platform could solve the construction problem of scaffolding on the ramp and ensure safe production in the whole process of the construction. This method was more convenient and cost saving than the traditional floor scaffold. For the project which had been completed,if the basement ramp to increase the awning,the movable platform installation method could not affect traffic.
