回顾一例晚期癌症患者的自杀事件，针对原因分析自杀的因素包括心理、躯体疼痛、社会和家庭因素、其他因素等。揭示自杀事件处理过程中出现的问题，总结患者自杀事件后、发生事件中期及发生事件后期应及时采取的有效措施，应对类似事件应采取的措施，认为在工作中既要做好基础的医疗和护理工作，竭尽全力解除患者的病痛，更要防范自杀事件的发生，动态观察患者的心理变化，防患于未然，以达到完善医院安全风险防范工作、预防肿瘤患者自杀事件的发生。

One case of commit suicide in terminal cancer patient was reviewed. By analyzing the commit suicide factors,such as psychological factor,somatic pain,social and family factor,the problems dur-ing the management of commit suicide were revealed,the effective measures adopted timely after commit sui-cide,in the middle and later stage of the event were summarized,as well as for the similar event. It is believed that the basic medical and nursing work should be conducted to relieve patientˊs suffering and observe patientˊs psychological changes so as to prevent from commit suicide and perfect the safety protection and risk man-agement in hospital.
