目前国内螺杆泵双头转子加工方法仅限于盘铣刀外包络铣削,分析了复杂螺旋曲面的形成原理,建立了双头螺杆转子内旋风铣削加工的空间直角坐标系,研究了双头螺杆内旋风铣削切削轨迹,并运用解析几何知识对切削轨迹进行了理论验证,同时利用三维建模软件对内旋风铣削双头螺杆的切削过程进行了模拟仿真,验证了该加工方法的可行性。
目前國內螺桿泵雙頭轉子加工方法僅限于盤鐉刀外包絡鐉削,分析瞭複雜螺鏇麯麵的形成原理,建立瞭雙頭螺桿轉子內鏇風鐉削加工的空間直角坐標繫,研究瞭雙頭螺桿內鏇風鐉削切削軌跡,併運用解析幾何知識對切削軌跡進行瞭理論驗證,同時利用三維建模軟件對內鏇風鐉削雙頭螺桿的切削過程進行瞭模擬倣真,驗證瞭該加工方法的可行性。

At present ,the double‐thread screw rotor is processed by enternal enveloping milling method in China .In this paper ,the forming principle of complex spiral curved surface is analyzed ,the coordinate system for inner whirlwind milling of double‐thread screw rotor is set up ,the cutting path of double‐thread screw by inner whirlwind milling is studied .The machining method is verified both by using analytic geometry knowledge and by using 3D modeling simulation .
