食品安全信息的有效供给是提升食品安全监管水平的关键。文章从信息不对称、公共性、社会共治三个方面分析政府食品安全信息供给的必要性，在此基础上指出政府食品安全信息供给的路径，并提出推进食品安全信息有效供给的对策：加强食品安全风险交流，加强消费者食品安全知识教育，发挥中介组织的作用。
食品安全信息的有效供給是提升食品安全鑑管水平的關鍵。文章從信息不對稱、公共性、社會共治三箇方麵分析政府食品安全信息供給的必要性，在此基礎上指齣政府食品安全信息供給的路徑，併提齣推進食品安全信息有效供給的對策：加彊食品安全風險交流，加彊消費者食品安全知識教育，髮揮中介組織的作用。
식품안전신식적유효공급시제승식품안전감관수평적관건。문장종신식불대칭、공공성、사회공치삼개방면분석정부식품안전신식공급적필요성，재차기출상지출정부식품안전신식공급적로경，병제출추진식품안전신식유효공급적대책：가강식품안전풍험교류，가강소비자식품안전지식교육，발휘중개조직적작용。
The effective supply of food safety information is the key to improve the food security super‐vision .Based on the analysis of the asymmetric information ,publicity and social cooperative governance , this paper proposed the path and countermeasures for effective providing of food safety information ,inclu‐ding strengthening the communication of the risk information ,improving consumer's knowledge about food safety and promoting the actions of intermediary organizations in providing information of food safety .
