为分析润滑因素与滚动轴承失效之间的关系,通过对滚动轴承失效形式的统计,分析各种失效形式与润滑之间的相互作用机制;采用实验方法从轴承本身和润滑脂方面分析滚动轴承的失效机制;阐述润滑因素对滚动轴承寿命的影响。研究结果表明:表面磨损是滚动轴承失效的主要表现形式;润滑脂润滑性能达不到要求是导致滚动轴承达不到额定寿命的主要原因;滚动轴承失效通常伴随着润滑脂的润滑性能下降、油膜压力和厚度的分布发生变化,而润滑脂的这种变化会促使滚动轴承失效的加剧,轴承寿命缩短。

In order to analyze the relationship between lubrication factors and failure mechanism of rolling bearing,the failure modes of rolling bearing were counted,and the interaction theory mechanism between the all kinds of failure modes and lubrication factors was discussed.The failure mechanism of rolling bearings was analyzed by experimental methods from the two aspects of the rolling bearing itself and the greases,and the effects of lubrication factors on the rolling bearing life were discussed.The results show that the bearing surface wear is the main form of rolling bearing failure.The main reason that rolling bearing does not achieve the rating life is the lubricating property of grease can not come up to the expected standard.The rolling bearing failure is always accompanied by the decrease of lubricating property,and the change of film pressure distribution and film thickness of greases,such variety of greases could intensify the rolling bearing failure,and shorten the rolling bearing life.
