目的：观察消痛酊联合奥施康定治疗癌痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择癌痛患者97例，随机分为治疗组（消痛酊涂擦﹢奥施康定口服，T 组）、对照组（奥施康定口服，C 组）。采用数字评估量表（NRS）、癌症患者生活质量问卷[EORTC QLQ - C30（v3.0）中文版]评估两组患者治疗前及治疗第8天、治疗后的疼痛分值及生活质量各领域等指标，同时观察不良反应。结果 T 组治疗前后疼痛评分比较差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；治疗组躯体功能、总健康状况、疼痛领域治疗前后及两组躯体功能、疼痛领域治疗后比较差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；C 组不良反应发生例数多于 T组。结论消痛酊联合奥施康定治疗癌痛有一定疗效且用药安全。
목적：관찰소통정연합오시강정치료암통적림상료효급안전성。방법선택암통환자97례，수궤분위치료조（소통정도찰﹢오시강정구복，T 조）、대조조（오시강정구복，C 조）。채용수자평고량표（NRS）、암증환자생활질량문권[EORTC QLQ - C30（v3.0）중문판]평고량조환자치료전급치료제8천、치료후적동통분치급생활질량각영역등지표，동시관찰불량반응。결과 T 조치료전후동통평분비교차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）；치료조구체공능、총건강상황、동통영역치료전후급량조구체공능、동통영역치료후비교차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）；C 조불량반응발생례수다우 T조。결론소통정연합오시강정치료암통유일정료효차용약안전。
Objective To observe the efficacy and the safety on cancer pain treated with xiaotong tincture and oxycontin. Methods Ninety - seven patients of cancer pain were selected and randomized into a treatment group(topical application of xiaotong tincture and oral administration of oxycontin)and a control group(oral administration of oxycontin). The numerical rating scale(NRS),EORTC QLQ - C30 version 3. 0 were used to assess pain score and the indicators of each field of life quality in the patients of two groups be-fore treatment,on the 8th day of treatment and after treatment separately and the adverse reactions were ob-served. Results In the treatment group,pain score was different significantly before and after treatment(P ﹤0. 05). The differences in somatic function,general health state and pain filed were significant before and af-ter treatment in the treatment group and the differences in somatic function and pain field were significant be-tween the two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05). The cases of adverse reactions in the control group were more than those in the treatment group. Conclusion The combined application of xiaotong tincture and oxycontin achieves a certain efficacy and safe in treatment of cancer pain.
