目的:探讨金属元素及 SiO2与宣威地区肺癌高发的关系。方法:采集病理确诊为非小细胞肺癌(non -small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的宣威患者的肺癌组织、正常肺组织,电子天平准确称量湿重,置于坩埚中,用实验用微波炉烘干组织,称量干重。再置于马弗炉中升温至1000℃,加热组织至恒重,准确称量余下样品。余下样品制片后用 XRF 检测。根据测得金属元素及 SiO2含量计算总体质量百分比,比较癌组织、正常肺组织中金属元素及 SiO2含量的差别。结果:经 XRF 检测,高温烘干后的肺组织残余物中,检出了磷(P)、钾(K)、钠(Na)、钙(Ca)、铁(Fe)等机体必需元素,有害元素中硅(Si)含量最高,锶(Sr)含量低,未见铬(Cr)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、镍(Ni)等有害重金属元素。与正常肺组织相比癌组织中 SiO2、K、Fe 含量差异有统计学意义,磷(P)、锶(Sr)含量差异无统计学意义。结论:癌组织中 SiO2、Fe 可能协调参与了肺组织癌变,是导致宣威地区肺癌高发的一个因素。

목적:탐토금속원소급 SiO2여선위지구폐암고발적관계。방법:채집병리학진위비소세포폐암(non -small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)적선위환자적폐암조직、정상폐조직,전자천평준학칭량습중,치우감과중,용실험용미파로홍간조직,칭량간중。재치우마불로중승온지1000℃,가열조직지항중,준학칭량여하양품。여하양품제편후용 XRF 검측。근거측득금속원소급 SiO2함량계산총체질량백분비,비교암조직、정상폐조직중금속원소급 SiO2함량적차별。결과:경 XRF 검측,고온홍간후적폐조직잔여물중,검출료린(P)、갑(K)、납(Na)、개(Ca)、철(Fe)등궤체필수원소,유해원소중규(Si)함량최고,송(Sr)함량저,미견락(Cr)、력(Cd)、연(Pb)、얼(Ni)등유해중금속원소。여정상폐조직상비암조직중 SiO2、K、Fe 함량차이유통계학의의,린(P)、송(Sr)함량차이무통계학의의。결론:암조직중 SiO2、Fe 가능협조삼여료폐조직암변,시도치선위지구폐암고발적일개인소。
Objective:To explored the relationship among metal elements,silicon dioxide(SiO2 )and the high in-cidence of lung cancer in Xuanwei area,Yunnan China.Methods:Collected the lung cancer and normal lung tissues form Xuanwei non -small cell lung cancer patients which have been pathologically diagnosed.To use the electronic balance weighing wet weight accuracy.Put the tissues in the crucible to drying tissue with experimental microwave ov-en,and weight the dry weight.Then place the remain tissues in a muffle furnace and heat up to 1000℃ to get the con-stant weight.Use the XRF to test the marked remain samples.Calculate the percentage of overall quality according to the measured SiO2 and the content of metal elements.Compare the content of metal elements and SiO2 in cancer tis-sue,normal lung tissues.Results:XRF testing showed that phosphorus(P),potassium(K),sodium(Na),calcium (Ca),iron(Fe),and other essential elements were detected in the lung tissue residue after drying in high tempera-ture.Harmful element Si was the highest,strontium(Sr)conten was low,chromium(Cr),cadmium(Cd),lead(Pb), nickel(Ni),and other harmful heavy metal elements were not detected.Compared to the normal tissues,the SiO2 ,K, Fe content in the lung cancer tissues was significantly different.The content of Sr and P had no significant difference. Conclusion:The SiO2 and Fe may participate in coordination of carcinomatous change of lung tissue.This may be one factor of the high incidence of lung cancer in Xuanwei.
