目的：探讨护理干预在依从性差门急诊小儿输液中的应用效果。方法将103例依从性差门急诊小儿输液患儿随机分为观察组52例和对照组51例，观察组采用护理干预措施，对照组采用传统的护理方法，比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组一次穿刺成功率、静脉渗液、脱针的护理效果明显好于对照组，差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论护理干预可明显提高依从性差门急诊小儿输液一次穿刺成功率，减少静脉渗液、脱针的发生；对于提高护理质量、融洽护患关系具有重要的临床应用价值。
목적：탐토호리간예재의종성차문급진소인수액중적응용효과。방법장103례의종성차문급진소인수액환인수궤분위관찰조52례화대조조51례，관찰조채용호리간예조시，대조조채용전통적호리방법，비교량조적호리효과。결과관찰조일차천자성공솔、정맥삼액、탈침적호리효과명현호우대조조，차이균유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론호리간예가명현제고의종성차문급진소인수액일차천자성공솔，감소정맥삼액、탈침적발생；대우제고호리질량、융흡호환관계구유중요적림상응용개치。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on poor compliance intravenous in-fusionchildren in outpatient department and emergency room. Methods A total of 103 poor compliance intravenous infu-sion children were randomly divided into observation group (52 cases) and control group (51 cases), the observation group adopted nursing intervention, the control group used the traditional nursing method, the nursing effects were com-pared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the success rate of first puncture, venous effusion, and removal of needle were better than those in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistical-ly significant ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions Nursing intervention can significantly improve the puncture success rate of poor compliance of outpatient and emergency children infusion, reduce the occurrence of venous effusion and removal of needle;it has important clinical value to improve the quality of nursing and harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
