卢卡奇的总体性思想坚持总体性是人具有的本质特性。总体性是具体的总体；是主体的一种认识方法；在社会历史领域内主要体现为主客体的相互作用与统一。在聊天软件多样化时代，人的碎片化交往加剧，交往内容的“碎片化”，导致具体与总体的脱离；交往思维的“碎片化”，导致总体性认识思维的弱化；交往圈的“碎片化”，导致主客体统一性的分割，从而导致人的总体性的整体弱化。

Lukács'Totality Theory insists that the totality is the essential nature of human as a kind of cognition method with manifest interaction and unification characteristics in the field of social history .In the era of diversified chat software ,the increased fragmentation among human interaction not only leads to the detachment of specification and totality in contents and weakening total cognition in thinking style ,but also the segmentation to the unification of subject and object ,which will result in the overall weakening of human totality .
