With social development, the need of talent types is al-so changing constantly, and the counterpart-oriented undergrad-uate cultivation mode emerges as the times require. This paper introduces the counterpart-oriented undergraduate teaching mode, analyzes students' characteristics under this mode, and combining with the problems existing in the counterpart-oriented undergraduate class, illustrates the necessity and effectiveness of software assisted teaching.
