依据TB/T 1718-2003标准中轮轴过盈量的规定,对CRH380BL动车组新车轮与磨耗车轮进行了过盈配合强度评价;在考虑轮轴过盈量下,依据U IC 510‐5‐2003标准确定了新车轮与磨耗车轮的载荷工况及载荷大小,分别在直线工况、曲线工况及道岔工况下对其进行静强度评价。分析结果表明:按照相关标准, CRH380BL动车组车轮过盈配合强度及静强度均满足设计要求。
依據TB/T 1718-2003標準中輪軸過盈量的規定,對CRH380BL動車組新車輪與磨耗車輪進行瞭過盈配閤彊度評價;在攷慮輪軸過盈量下,依據U IC 510‐5‐2003標準確定瞭新車輪與磨耗車輪的載荷工況及載荷大小,分彆在直線工況、麯線工況及道岔工況下對其進行靜彊度評價。分析結果錶明:按照相關標準, CRH380BL動車組車輪過盈配閤彊度及靜彊度均滿足設計要求。

According to the provisions of the axle interference amount in TB/T 1718‐2003 ,the interference fit strength of the new and worn wheels in CRH380BL EMU is evaluated;With the consideration of wheel‐axle interferences ,the loading conditions and loading sizes of new and worn wheels are determined according to UIC 510‐5‐2003 standard .And the static strength evaluation is car‐ried out in linear condition ,curve condition and turnout condition .The analysis results show that the interference fit strength and static strength of CRH380BL EMU wheels can meet the design requirements according to the relevant standards .
