目的：制备人源干细胞裂解液，考察其对黄褐斑的疗效。方法分离培养脐带间充质干细胞，经液氮超低温反复冻融和微滤制备人源干细胞裂解液，对该液以及其与玉石刮痧联合应用治疗黄褐斑的效果进行临床观察。结果人源干细胞裂解液、玉石刮痧及二者联合应用对黄褐斑均有治疗效果，联合应用的效果优于玉石刮痧（P ﹤0.05）。结论人源干细胞裂解液玉石刮痧是一种对黄褐斑治疗效果明显的新疗法。
목적：제비인원간세포렬해액，고찰기대황갈반적료효。방법분리배양제대간충질간세포，경액담초저온반복동융화미려제비인원간세포렬해액，대해액이급기여옥석괄사연합응용치료황갈반적효과진행림상관찰。결과인원간세포렬해액、옥석괄사급이자연합응용대황갈반균유치료효과，연합응용적효과우우옥석괄사（P ﹤0.05）。결론인원간세포렬해액옥석괄사시일충대황갈반치료효과명현적신요법。
Objective To prepare human - derived stem cell lysate and study its efficacy on chloas-ma. Methods The umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells were separately and cultured. The human - de-rived stem cell lysate was prepared through liquid nitrogen ultralow temperature multigelation and microfiltra-tion. The clinical efficacy was observed in treatment of chloasma treated with the lysate and jade scrapping therapy. Results The human - derived stem cell lysate,jade scrapping therapy and the combined therapy of these two methods all achieved the therapeutic effects. The combined therapy presented the better efficacy as compared with the jade scrapping therapy(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The combined therapy of human - derived stem cell lysate and the jade scrapping is a new approach and achieves the apparent efficacy on chloasma.
