Cnidium Lactone%Micro - Emulsion%Anti - Inflammation
目的:观察蛇床子素微乳的抗炎作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀的实验动物模型,以浓度为2 mg/ ml,4 mg/ ml,8 mg/ ml 的蛇床子素微乳局部给药,观察蛇床子素微乳局部外用的抗炎作用。结果蛇床子素微乳各剂量组均有不同程度的抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的作用,其中,高剂量组与模型对照组、基质对照组相比较差异有统计学意义(P ﹤0.05);蛇床子素微乳各剂量组均有不同程度的抑制蛋清所致大鼠足廓肿胀的作用,其中,高剂量组与模型对照组、基质对照组相比较,在不同测量时间点均有统计学意义(P ﹤0.05),且与皮炎平组相比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论蛇床子素微乳局部外用可显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀和蛋清所致的大鼠足跖肿胀,具有明显的抗炎作用。

목적:관찰사상자소미유적항염작용。방법채용이갑분치소서이종창、단청치대서족척종창적실험동물모형,이농도위2 mg/ ml,4 mg/ ml,8 mg/ ml 적사상자소미유국부급약,관찰사상자소미유국부외용적항염작용。결과사상자소미유각제량조균유불동정도적억제이갑분소치소서이곽종창적작용,기중,고제량조여모형대조조、기질대조조상비교차이유통계학의의(P ﹤0.05);사상자소미유각제량조균유불동정도적억제단청소치대서족곽종창적작용,기중,고제량조여모형대조조、기질대조조상비교,재불동측량시간점균유통계학의의(P ﹤0.05),차여피염평조상비교차이무통계학의의(P >0.05)。결론사상자소미유국부외용가현저억제이갑분소치소서이곽종창화단청소치적대서족척종창,구유명현적항염작용。
Objective To observe the anti - inflammatory effect of cnidium lactone micro - emul-sion. Methods Xylene was used to induce auricular swelling in mice and egg white was to induce vola pedis swelling in rats so as to prepare experimental animal models. Cnidium lactone micro - emulsion,2 mg/ ml,4 mg/ ml and 8 mg/ ml was used externally and locally. The anti - inflammatory effect of cnidium lactone micro- emulsion for the local external application was observed. Results Cnidium lactone micro - emulsion of each dose inhibited auricular swelling in mice induced by xylene to different extents,in which,the differences were significant in comparison of the high dose group with the model control group and matrix control group (P ﹤ 0. 05). Cnidium lactone micro - emulsion of each dose inhibited vola pedis swelling induced by egg white in rats to different extents,in which,the differences were significant in comparison of the high dose group with the model control group and matrix control group at different time points(P ﹤ 0. 05),and were not significant as compared with the compound dexamthasone acetate cream group( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Cnidium lactone micro - emulsion for local external application significantly inhibits auricular swelling in-duced by xylene in mice and vola pedis swelling induced by egg white in rats and it presents apparent anti -inflammatory effect.
