随着中国经济的飞速发展，因能源生产与消费地区及季节等分布不均衡所带来的矛盾、成本偏高等各种问题也日益增多。在此情况下，应用物流信息技术来优化资源配置，加快经济增长方式的转变，促进产业结构优化，大力发展现代能源物流基地，具有重要的意义。针对能源物流发展过程中存在的问题，应用信息化技术来提高能源物流的效率，加强宏观调控，发挥标杆企业的作用，加强能源物流信息标准化的建设，加大信息化人才培养力度，发挥物流协会的作用等，是完善能源物流的有效途径。

With the rapid development of Chinese economy, due to the contradiction between energy production and con-sumption area, and seasonal distribution imbalance caused by the high cost and other problems are increasing. In this case, it is meaningful to optimize the allocation of resources by application of information technology in the energy logis-tics system, promote the transformation of economic growth mode, optimize industrial structure, and vigorously develop modern energy logistics base. Therefore, aiming at the exist-ing problems in energy logistics development, the paper puts forward method of application of information technology to improve the energy efficiency of the logistics. The key is to improve the way of energy logistics are strengthening the cultivation of specialized personnel information, playing the role of the benchmark enterprise, government macro-con-trol, strengthening energy logistics information standardiza-tion construction, and playing the role of Logistics Associa-tion.
