“户户通”直播卫星电视是由广电总局负责实施的惠民工程，以最低成本、最快速度、最有效的方式，从根本上解决广大农村听广播看电视难的问题，加快推进城乡广播电视公共服务均等化。“户户通”在安装及使用过程中存在许多问题，对“户户通”工程的长期通、优质通造成不良影响，以这些问题为切入点，根据腾冲县所使用的设备，介绍双模“户户通”系统的信号流程、模块功能与终端维修思路，旨在改进“户户通”的售后服务，保证收视效果。
