改革开放以来，随着计划经济形成的“总体性社会”逐步解体，计划经济体制下的国家与社会同构模式也渐趋消融，市场经济和社会转型引发了各类社会组织的兴起，我国的社会组织获得了长足发展，在社会生活中发挥着越来越广泛的作用，极大地拓展了社会的包容力与多元化格局，给我国经济发展与社会进步注入了新血液和正能量，但与我国政府、社会、公民对社会组织发展的要求相比还有较大的差距。本文分析了我国社会组织发展存在的现实困境并从宏观、中观、微观三个层面对其形成原因进行了深入剖析，并提出未来我国社会组织发展的路径选择。

Since the reform and opening up, with the planned economy "total society" gradually disintegrated, isomorphism mode between country and society under the planned economy system gradually ablation, market economy and social transformation triggered a rise of all kinds of social organizations. Social organizations in our country won the development which plays a more and more widely role in the social life that greatly expand the social tolerance and diversified pattern and injected new blood and positive energy to China's economic development and social progress. But with the Chinese government, society and citizens on the development of social organizations to compared. There is still a large gap. This paper analyzes the reality of the plight of the development of social organizations in our country and three from the macro, meso and micro level in the face of the forming reason has carried on the thorough analysis, and put forward the path choice of the future development of China's social organization.
